Ok so I haven’t seen X Factor since the first couple auditions. So now I’m watching the live shows. Here’s what I think…
Why they gotta lie to some of these people?? In this one girl group, one of the girls was flat and they didn’t even say anything. They commented on how well-blended they were and how nice they looked…Wow. And then this guy did Jar of Hearts. His goal was to “make it his own.” It was quite unoriginal, though there were two or three parts he colored and tried to make his own. But it was much too similar to the Christina Perri’s version. Then they told him how fantastic it was. But then again, I guess I never saw them from the beginning…maybe they’ve made a lot of improvements…? Ya. I commend them though for getting that far. :)
BUT! This Melanie Amaro. Now, she’s amazing. I really wanna see more talent like her. Then Astro. He’s fly. :)
Ya, I’m watching it as we speak. If you’re a fan of the ones I ranted on, don’t be offended, that’s just my opinion.
It was my first time seeing snow today thanks to my friend Kevin. It was pretty exciting. Sledding down the hill was totally worth my crash into the bushes. Fun stuff. Then Kevin and his friend David ganged up on me and threw snowballs at me. Idiots. I made musubis this morning so I packed some for the trip. I ate musubis in the snow like a g. Lol.
This kind of experience, seeing snow, makes me really appreciative of God’s wonderful creations. :) Don’t take advantage of the beauty that surrounds you.
So…my friends got into a car accident on Saturday morning. There were five of them in the car: two of them had minor injuries and were released from the hospital the same day but the other three were in serious injury and remain in the hospital. My request is that you all keep them in your prayers, as well as their families.
This is the kind of thing that makes you realize that tomorrow is not promised, so we should make today count. <3

Oh gosh. I felt another blog coming on. It’s 3:10 AM. Not gonna lie, went to a baggin party. Craziness. Drama. The works. Taught me a few things. One thing I will say though, I HAVE GOT TO LOSE WEIGHT. I swear! I’m so sick of this. Sad that I’ve never felt that way about myself before thought. Ok anyway…
I just read my bible. Haven’t done that in a while. Not surprised, it’s college away from home. Lord forgive me. Came across this passage,
“The earth is the Lord’s and everything in it; for he founded it upon the seas and established it on the waters. Who may ascend the hill of the Lord? Who may stand in his holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to an idol or swear by what is false. He will receive blessing from the Lord and vindication from God his Savior. Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek your face, O God of Jacob. Selah.” Psalm 24:1-6
Just like the song. All things given to us are from the Lord. We can only ask the Lord for clean hands and a pure heart. We should always live to glorify his name and no one else’s. When we seek God, he will bless us amazingly.
I’m going to take this passage to heart. I’m going to seek God with all my heart.

So today I went to lunch with Monnette at Ninja Sushi. Good stuff. I love the talks that we have. :) I’m gonna miss Hawaii, but I’m ready to go back to school in California. I feel like I have nothing to do every day. Can’t really go out cuz I’d always have to be back by 3 to watch my little sister Renee. If I want to go running with Mheriel, my running partner, I can’t cuz she gets out of school after 2. I don’t even wake up til 12. Not enough time to go out and have some fun. And night time? Idk I never plan anything and never get invited. Wahh! But the saddest part is that I haven’t even gone to the beach yet…IK! So sad. But I’ve got about two more weeks left, I think I can find some time to go to the beach…I hope. >.<
I just wanna thank God for his many blessings, like the beach. We really do take HI for granted. Heck, we take A LOT of things for granted. So always remember to thank God for everything and in everything. :)
